Cancellation Policy
To Cancel or Reschedule, please contact us a minimum 24hours prior. Lakeshore Orthotics and Wellness Centre Appointment Cancellation Policy At Lakeshore Orthotics and Wellness Centre, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible care. To ensure smooth operation and availability for all our clients, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy: Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or miss your appointment without prior notice, a fee of $40 will be charged. Payment of Fees: The $40 fee for late cancellations or missed appointments must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
