After a Lymphatic Drainage Session

It’s normal to feel deeply relaxed, lighter, tired, or need to urinate more frequently after your session as the body processes excess fluid and waste.

Some clients describe the feeling as refreshed, “de-puffed,” or similar to the sensation after a good workout or sauna session.

Drinking plenty of water after your treatment can help support recovery and maximize the benefits of your session. Mild tenderness or temporary fatigue can occasionally occur, especially in areas of congestion or tension.
